Our collaboration with Fill Up had a straightforward goal: crafting a product that’s convenient, visually appealing, and eco-friendly to cater to a diverse audience. The name, Fill Up placed us on the front foot ensuring the consumer of its exact purpose so we reinforced this message with bold san serif typography — loud and clear is what we wanted.
In contrast to the prevalent marketing strategy in the on-the-go food industry, which often targets dieters using colour psychology, we opted for a daring departure by utilizing vibrant, eye-catching colours.
Embracing this approach and recognizing the client’s desire to create a fun eating experience for their consumers, we incorporated a touch of personality into the branding. This involved creating a collection of illustrations that infused character into the overall design.
Appreciating the client’s emphasis on sustainable packaging, we made conscientious choices when designing the packaging. We selected a low-impact plastic to house the food, considering the importance of recyclability.
